At VIVO Masks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Venetian mask. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your event, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the mask in its original packaging and protective wrapping to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
